At Cleanit Cleaning Services Inc we are available 24 hours should you have any questions about our cleaning services. Whether it be about anything from cleaning contracts to
domestic cleaning and commercial cleaning we can answer your questions for you. If you cannot see your answer below please give us a call.
Are all of your staff insured and vetted?
All of our staff are fully insured and vetted for domestic cleaning and commercial cleaning. We are also CIS accredited.
Are all of your staff insured to hold keys?
Yes, all of our staff are insured to hold keys to your premises.
Can we trust the cleaners with alarm codes?
We trust our staff the same as you trust us. As well as being trusted with keys our staff are also trusted with alarm codes if needed.
Do you ever have any domestic staff that are self employed?
All staff are employed directly by us and are vetted before any work is carried out by them.
Are we covered in the event of any accidental damage?
All clients are covered should any accidental damage occur.
Can you provide any references?
If you would like references for our staff or work please request them and we can supply them for you.
Do you monitor your staff on a regular basis?
We carry our regular supervisory visits and customer audits regularly.
Are cleaners given any training before they start work?
All staff are given training before they commence work, on Health & Safety, Manual Handling, COSHH, material usage and colour coding.
