General Questions
Are all of your staff insured & vetted?
All of our staff are fully insured and vetted for domestic & commercial cleaning. We are also CIS accredited.
Do you monitor your staff on a regular basis?
Yes, we conduct and carry out regular supervisory visits and customer audits.
How quickly can the cleaning commence?
This depends on what type of cleaning you require. However we always try our hardest to commence within 72 hours.
Do staff wear uniform?
Yes, all of our staff are given branded uniform and where needed additional workwear such as PPE, safety goggles, hard hats, hi-viz etc is supplied to them.
Am I able to have additional hours or change the scheduele?
Yes, if you require additional cleaning jobs or more hours we can work with you to add these in so they fit around you. Please contact the office to do so.
How are payments made?
We accept payments via BACS or cash.
What does your pricing depend on?
Our pricing depends on the frequency and type of cleaning.
We offer hourly rates for regular cleaning and we provide one-off services such as end-of-tenancy cleaning, deep cleaning, trauma cleanup, rubbish removal which are quoted on a per job basis.
Am I tied into a contract?
No, we do not require a contract to be signed, however we do believe there are many benefits.
What happens if I'm unhappy with the service?
We take customer satisfaction extremely seriously and if you are unhappy please contact our office team either via email or phone as soon as possible.

What type of businesses do you provide cleaning services too?
We provide cleaning services to a wide range of commercial businesses including:

How regularly can you provide cleaning services?
We suit our cleaning scheduele around you. We can offer daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterley or yearly cleans.
What cleaning products do you provide?
We provide all neseccary equipment needed for your clean, including hoovers, mop & bucket, chemicals, etc.
Can you provide cleaning consumables?
Yes, we can order and deliver consumables for your premises. Including toilet rolls, hand towels, hand soap, refuse sacks, washing up liquid, toilet seats, air freshners, hand sanitiser and more!
Are your cleaners registered?
For construction site cleaning, our cleaners hold CSCS cards, and for school environments, our cleaners are fully DBS checked.
How do I get a quote and how quickly?
If you submit an enquiry our Sales Manager will get in touch with you within 24 hours to arrange a site visit.
Domestic Questions
Are your staff insured to hold keys?
All of our staff are insured to hold keys to your premises.
Can we trust the cleaners with alarm codes?
Yes, we trust our staff the same as you trust us. As well as being trusted with leys, our staff are also trusted with alarm codes if needed.
Can you help with ironing and laundry?
We can help you with any type of cleaning you require aslong as it fits within the time frame of the booking. Please note, there is additional costs for carpet cleaning or oven cleaning.
Do I have to provide the cleaning products?
No. All of our cleaners will bring their own cleaning products with them. If you have any allergies or reactions please advise us and we will be sure to use your required products.
Will I get the same cleaner everytime?
For our domestic cleans, we do our best to provide the same cleaner each time and we will provide a replacement if your normal cleaner is on holiday or is sick.
What happens if I go on holiday?
If you are away for any reason or need to cancel your booking this is not a problem, but we do require a minimum of 24 hours notice to avoid a call out charge.
Industrial Questions
Do you have your own equipment to clean high-reach areas?
We hire our own MEWP's that our team are trained to use to complete Industrial cleans with high to reach areas.
Are you qualified to use MEWPs?
Yes, our cleaners hold an IPAF license.
Do you work evenings and on the weekend?
Weekend work can be available upon request and our team are flexible if work is required over the weekend.
Do you have food safe cleaning products?
Yes, we have cleaning solutions that are safe to use in a food production environment.
Clinical Questions
Do you complete trauma clean ups?
Yes. Our team are fully equipped and have the essential PPE to complete trauma clean ups.
What type of clinical cleans do you offer?
We offer a range of different clinical cleans including sanitisation cleaning, hoarding clean ups, sewage cleaning, trauma clean ups and more!
How do you ensure that the cleaning process is effective and complete correctly?
We use validated cleaning and disinfectant methods, monitor cleaning effectiveness and provide training for all staff. All of our staff are given a cleaning scheduele to follow to ensure the job is complete correctly everytime.
Can you dispose of clinical waste?
Yes. We can also provide clinical waste bins if needed.
Can you help hoarders keep on top of their cleaning?
Once completed a hoarding clean up, we are able to offer regular cleaning which can be weekly, bi-weekly or monthly to help keep on top of things.
Do you have the appropriate uniform to wear?
All of our staff wear Cleanit uniform, and when completing clinical jobs we ensure all staff have the correct PPE and workwear to we minimise any exposure to hazards.
